Stephanie L. Serafin is Board Certified in Appellate Practice by The Florida Bar. Stephanie handles appeals and trial support in a wide range of cases in Florida’s state and federal appellate courts, including commercial litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, products liability, family law, probate and trust. She has been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers as a top lawyer in Appellate Law.
Before joining the firm, Stephanie honed her research and writing skills as a staff attorney at the Fourth District Court of Appeal in West Palm Beach Florida (2008-2010). She is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as Senior Notes and Comments Editor of the Miami Law Review (2007-2008) and was a member of the Order of the Coif, an honorary society recognizing law school graduates who have achieved the highest level of scholarly achievement. Before law school, Stephanie graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for Palm Beach County FAWL, Stephanie currently serves on the Appellate Court Rules Committee of The Florida Bar. She also serves on the Board of the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court. Over the past 15 years, Stephanie has served on several committees of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, including its Appellate Practice Committee, which she is co-chairing for the 2025-2026 year.
