Long before she started litigating, Rachel knew that her purpose and passion was to support others through life’s toughest moments. As a Cuban immigrant, Rachel arrived in Miami with little more than hope and a dream—a dream that first belonged to her mother, who gave up everything for a chance at a better future for her daughter. This future—now Rachel’s present—would never have been possible without the support, encouragement, and mentorship of the village of women who did everything in their power to make sure she succeeded.
After graduating from the FIU College of Law in 2017, Rachel served as a local Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County for several years. She quickly came to understand the practical effects of the legal system on real people—especially children. Today, Rachel serves as a family and marital law attorney and Guardian ad Litem with The Law Office Cindy Crawford, dedicated to helping families not just survive litigation, but learn how to thrive afterwards. Rachelapproaches the practice of law with deep empathy and a multidisciplinary mindset. With a special focus on protecting and prioritizing children, she strives to help them emerge stronger, more confident, and ready for their futures.
Connection and care are at the heart of everything Rachel does. She brings a people-centered approach with her to PBC FAWL, fostering a supportive environment that empowers others. Shewants to see her colleagues thrive in the legal field, not just survive. Rachel is devoted to sharing tools, knowledge, and encouragement to help her peers succeed in all aspects of their careers and individual journeys.
Authenticity, kindness, and strength guide Rachel’s approach both professionally and personally.A mother, published author, college coach, and bodybuilder, Rachel is committed to supporting other women in their search to find their light, their magic, and their limitless potential.
