Hanna Rubin is a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Prior to beginning her term as a Law Clerk, Hanna spent over three years representing businesses, individuals, and municipalities in matters involving commercial litigation and governmental litigation.
Hanna is involved in industry and nonprofit organizations. She spent two years as Grant-Writing Chair for PBC FAWL, and she serves in leadership roles for the Palm Beach County chapter of the Federal Bar Association and Kesem’s National Advisory Leadership Board.
Hanna graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she served as a Florida Law Review Articles Editor and received a Florida Law Review Judicial Panel appointment. Hanna was recognized with Book Awards in constitutional law, legal writing, legal research, and social justice lawyering and was named to the Order of the Coif. She was an Advisory Board Member for Camp Kesem at the University of Florida.
