She obtained dual Bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2017. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor Degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2021, with a Concentration in Social Justice Advocacy.

Destiny currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Young Lawyers’ Board for the Palm Beach County Justice Association (PBCJA), and is a member of the Florida Justice Association (FJA). She is dedicated to advocating fair access to the courts through education, collaboration, and advocacy. Beyond her legal engagement, she remains involved as a member of Christ Fellowship church, is a graduate member in Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., and contributes as a mentor for youth with the local organization Youth Empowered to Prosper.

Her commitment extends to community improvement, with a focus on enhancing access to higher education for underprivileged youth and families. Formerly an Education Advocacy Attorney, Destiny recently transitioned to civil trial practice with Lipinski Law, aiming to broaden her legal expertise and effect meaningful change in a new legal domain. Drawing from her past role, where she advocated for the rights of students and families, negotiated with educational institutions and provided community training on educational law, Destiny brings a passion for justice to her work in personal injury cases.

In her free time, Destiny is an avid reader and collector of books, finding joy in the rich worlds and narratives that each story holds. Time outside work is cherished, spent making memories with her husband, family, and friends.
