Founder and CEO of Anchor Exec, Amelia Jadoo, brings over 20 years of professional experience guiding organizations through complexity. She is a trusted strategy partner and problem-solver for organizations when a full-time hire is too risky, too time-consuming, or simply not the right move at this time. With hands-on experience as an executive director, board member, attorney, adjunct professor, trainer/presenter, public speaker, mentor and leader for various committees and organizations, she brings a rare combination of legal experience, strategic insight, critical thinking, effective problem-solving skills, and real-world acumen gained across private, nonprofit and public sectors of all sizes. This includes experience working for large, medium, and small size businesses and government agencies. She is a high performer who has spent her entire career on rapid situational assessment, keen interpersonal insight, decisive problem-solving, and effective communication that delivers results. This breadth of experience has equipped her with battle-tested wisdom and nuanced, practical awareness of the unique challenges leaders and organizations face today. Deeply involved in Palm Beach County, she is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, on the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit (Palm Beach County) Local Professionalism Panel, a Board Member of Nonprofits First, an active alum of Leadership Palm Beach County’s Engage Class of 2024, and a member of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County—commitments that keep her connected to the Palm Beach County community.
