MEET OUR MEMBERS

Monica Ishak is a dedicated attorney practicing criminal defense in her hometown. She received her Bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Florida Atlantic University and earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law.

Following law school, she began her career at the Palm Beach County Public Defender’s Office, where she passionately defended clients for over three years. She then transitioned to civil litigation as an associate at Kubicki Draper and later served as in-house trial counsel for Universal Property & Casualty Insurance. With substantial experience in both civil and criminal litigation, she is among the few private female criminal defense attorneys practicing in West Palm Beach. She is deeply committed to mentorship, actively encouraging and empowering women to break glass ceilings within the legal profession and beyond.
