Tori Whalen
Tori Whalen is an attorney at Day Pitney LLP, and assists clients in complex commercial litigation and real estate litigation matters. She advises businesses in many stages of complex commercial disputes and litigation in the state and federal courts, including conducting discovery and drafting motions and briefs.
Tori graduated from Rollins College in 2019 with a degree in political science and obtained her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 2022. During her time at Rollins College, Tori was a member of the Division II Softball Team. During law school, Tori was a judicial intern to the Honorable Scott L. Kafker of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. She also interned for a Boston-based sports group, where she assisted with the acquisition of a Pennsylvania-based professional ice hockey team.
