Mandy Jesteadt
Mandy Jesteadt is a Shareholder at Carlton Fields. Her practice focuses on antitrust matters, class actions, and other complex commercial litigation. She handles matters across the country in federal and state courts and in arbitration, involving antitrust, unfair competition, intellectual property, real property, contract, consumer issues, and other matters.
Mandy serves as Co-Chair of Carlton Fields’ Women’s Business Resource Group, Vice Chair of the Board of the Women’s Foundation of Florida, and Chair of the Women’s Foundation of Florida Women on the Bench Programs. Mandy is also a Past President of PBC FAWL (2018-19), and a long-time board member of PBC FAWL dating back to 2010. She has served as a Florida Bar Grievance Committee Chair, and as a member of the Florida Bar Diversity and Inclusion Committee and Professionalism Committee.
Mandy has been named a Best Lawyer in America (2021-2024). She has been named recipient of the PBC FAWL Justice Barbara Pariente Award (2022), finalist for the YWCA of Palm Beach County Dorothy Height Social Justice Award (2021), and finalist for the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County Giraffe Award (2021).
Mandy received her J.D., magna cum laude, from The University of Florida Levin College of Law, and her B.A., with honors, from the University of Chicago.
