Lindsay Demmery
Lindsay Demmery is admitted to practice in Florida, and has been practicing in South Florida since 2006. Since the start of her practice she has focused on all aspects of real estate law including both litigation and transactional matters ranging from complex commercial litigation to residential and commercial closings. Additionally, Mrs. Demmery became Board Certified in real estate law in 2013, thus qualifying her as an expert in all types of real estate matters. In 2014, she also obtained her Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License to help further any of her clients’ real estate needs. Currently, Lindsay is working as in-house counsel as a Senior Real Estate Attorney for NextEra Energy Resources.
Mrs. Demmery graduated cum laude from the University of Florida where she received her B.S. in economics and was awarded several honors including the President’s Honor Roll and Honor Society in Economics, Omicron Delta Epsilon. Lindsay also was awarded the honor of being an Undergraduate Research Scholar and was published in the Journal of Undergraduate Research.
Lindsay earned her law degree at Nova Southeastern University where she was on the Dean’s honor list and the Pro Bono Honor Program. Lindsay was also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA), and Phi Alpha Delta while attending Nova Southeastern.
Mrs. Demmery grew up in Palm Beach County and is very familiar and involved with the community. In addition to her civic involvement, Mrs. Demmery is highly involved in the professional and legal community.
