Jaclyn Soroka, Partner of Rudolph & Associates LLC, is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law with an emphasis on complex divorce litigation.
Jaclyn Soroka is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, Palm Beach County Chapter of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and the Susan Greenberg Family Law American Inns of Court of the Palm Beaches. Prior to devoting her career to the practice of marital and family law, Jaclyn served as a felony Assistant Public Defender in the 11th Judicial Circuit, Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office. During her service as an Assistant Public Defender, she tried in excess of 100 jury and non-jury trials, including capital crimes. While in law school, Jaclyn interned in the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida Family Court with the Honorable Amy Steele Donner. She was selected as a Florida Bar Fellow during the summer of 2008 where she worked with the National Non-Profit Organization, Lawyers for Children America, and completed her Certified Legal Internship Program, interning with the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office in the Juvenile Court Division. Jaclyn has served on the Florida Bar – Membership Committee, Legislative Committee, Equitable Distribution Committee, Children’s Issues Committee, CLE Committee, Sponsorship Committee. In 2018, Jaclyn received the 40 Under 40 Outstanding Lawyers of South Florida award by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
