
GINA LEISER
Gina Leiser is a Florida Board Certified Attorney in Juvenile Law and a Statewide Trainer for Children’s Legal Services (CLS) for the Department of Children and Families. For the past six
years, Ms. Leiser has worked for CLS as a supervising attorney where she advocates on behalf of the State of Florida for abused, abandoned, and neglected children. She also has a background in criminal law, having served as an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County and clerked with the U.S. Department of Justice. Ms. Leiser was a panel speaker at the Palm Beach County Bench Bar Conference on traumatized youth in the court system in 2018. Ms. Leiser served on the Florida Juvenile Court Rules Committee for the Florida Bar from 2016-2019. Ms. Leiser graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2008 and obtained her bachelor’s degree from Montclair State University in 2003.
