Devon Arnold

Devon L. Arnold is an attorney at Fox Rothschild LLP where she represents businesses that range in size from less than 10 employees to some of the largest companies in the nation. She is part of a team that helps their clients resolve commercial disputes and implement strategies to lower their litigation risk. Devon grew up in Palm Beach County and left attend Louisiana State University. She graduated in 2012 with a degree in history and political science. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami, School of Law in 2016.

During law school, Devon served as a judicial intern for the Honorable James L. King of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and was a legal research assistant to Professor Andres Sawicki at the University of Miami Law School. After passing the bar, she was an associate for a national insurer and at a Florida litigation law firm. Most recently, Devon worked as the vice president of a construction company. During that time, she negotiated agreements with Fortune 500 corporations, engineering firms, general contractors, and state and federal governments. She was responsible for a “little bit of everything” including compliance with OSHA standards, securing the company’s intellectual property, advancing marketing, and human resources. Her experiences have taught her the importance of mentorship, diversity, and inclusion.

Devon has always had a commitment to advocacy and community involvement – personally and professionally. She believes that “being an attorney is a privilege because we get to be a voice for those that may not have one.” Devon volunteers for animal shelters, organizes food drives, and provides pro bono legal services. She serves as a panelist for the Palm Beach Post’s Pathfinder Award. Devon volunteers with local area high schools and colleges to teach public speaking and advocacy skills. She acts as a mentor to women who wish to pursue careers in law and business.
