Christa McCann handles personal injury and wrongful death cases throughout the state of Florida, including claims on behalf of victims of automobile accidents, defective products, construction site accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and any other situation in which someone is injured—catastrophically or otherwise—by the negligent acts of another. Prior to her work
representing plaintiffs, Christa worked for a prominent statewide insurance defense firm, where she gained invaluable insight into how insurance companies defend cases, and now parlays that
knowledge into representing injured victims.
Christa has successfully obtained numerous million-dollar and multi-million dollar recoveries in cases involving injuries to her clients ranging from hearing/vision loss, broken bones, amputation, and spinal injuries, to paralysis, brain injuries, and death. She has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America for Personal Injury Litigation-Plaintiffs, as well as by Florida Trend Magazine as a Florida Legal Elite Up and Comer, and by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star. She has also been named by the National Trial Lawyers as a Top 40 Under 40 attorney in the area of civil litigation.
Christa is also actively involved in local professional and civic organizations, including serving on the board of several organizations. She previously served as the President of the Palm Beach County Hispanic Bar Association (2016). Within PBC FAWL, she has served as Secretary, Sponsorship Co-Director, Programming Co-Director, and Mentoring Co-Chair, before becoming the Chapter’s President-Elect in 2019.
