Chioma Deere
Chioma Deere, Esq. is the owner of the Deere Law Firm, focuses her practice on wills, trusts, and estate planning to help her clients with well-drafted estate plans, asset protection, and helps families preserve their wealth. Chioma Deere also provides skilled experienced services related to electronic discovery project management in litigation, including as a Special Master or Special Magistrate, co-counsel, and consultant. Chioma has a graduate certificate in e-Discovery Project Management and is a Certified Electronic Discovery Specialist (CEDS). Chioma Deere earned her law degree in 2006 from Pace University School of Law in New York and relocated to Florida the same year.
In addition to her commitment to FAWL, Chioma serves as the current Chair on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee, Judicial Circuit Group 15D, a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, Inc., the Association of Black Estate Planning Professionals, and is a CHIP financial planning professional. Chioma is the Treasurer of the South Florida ACEDS Chapter, a member of Women in eDiscovery, Miami Chapter, Palm Beach County Bar, Broward Bar, and Federal Bar Associations. At the Florida Bar, Chioma serves as Vice-Chair for the Business Law Section Electronic Discovery and Digital Evidence (EDDE) Committee, EDDE Rules of Civil Procedure Task Force, and as Liaison to the Diversity and Inclusion for the Computer and Technology Law Committee. Locally, Chioma is a proud member of the F. Malcolm Cunningham, Jr. Bar Association, and The West Palm Beach (FL) Chapter of The Links Incorporated.
